تَعَلَّمُوا الْعِلْمَ فَإنَّ تَعَلُّمَهُ حَسَنَةٌ، وَطَلَبَهُ عِبَادَةٌ

Fight the polytheists with your tongues, with your holdings, and even with your lives.

Combattez contre les idolâtres avec vos biens, vos corps et vos langues.

جاهدوا المشرکین باموالکم و انفسکم و السنتکم

با ثروت ها و جان ها و زبان هایتان علیه مشرکان جهاد کنید

Imam Ali (a.s.):

The best moslem is the one whose endevour would be for the hereafter; and his fear of God and his hope [for his grace] would be equal.


Le musulman supérieur est celui qui son effort soit pour sa vie future, et celui qui sa crainte (de Dieu) soit égal à son espérance (à Lui).

افضل المسلمین اسلاما من کان همّه لاخره و اعتدل خوفه و رجاءه

برترین مسلمانان کسی است که کوشش او برای آخرتش باشد و ترسش ( از خدا ) و امیدش ( به خدا ) برابر باشد

Evite z d’aimer les ennemis de Dieu (ou d’employer votre tendresse pour eux), parce que dans le jour de la resurrection chacun rassemelera avec le groupe qu’il aime.

ایّاک ان تحب اعداء الله او تصفی ودّک لغیر اولیاء الله فإنّ من احبّ قوما حُشِر معهم

بپرهیز از اینکه دشمنان خدا را دوست داری، یا محبتت را برای غیر خدا مصروف داری، زیرا هر که گروهی را دوست بدارد، ( در قیامت) با همان گروه محشور می شود

Imam Ali (a.s) :

Beware of becoming infatuated to the world, as it will bring you calamity and misfortune, and urges you to sell the hereafter for the sake of worldly gains.

L' Imâm Alî (que lui et sa famille soient bénis) dit:

Évitez de l’engouement pour (la vie d’) ici-bas, parce qu’il vous offrira le désastre et le malheur, si bien qu’il vous conduira á vendre votre vie éternella ála vie d’ici-bas.

قال مولانا امیر المومنین علی ابن ابی طالب علیه السلام

ایّک و الوله بالدنیا فإنها تورثک القاء و البلاء و تمددک علی بیع البقاء بالفناء

از شیفتگی به دنیا پرهیز کن، زیرا برای تو معصیت و بدبختی به ارمغان می آورد. و تو را به فروختن آخرت در برابر دنیا سوق می دهد

The Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) said:

When you find a believer silent, approach to him because you will hear wise sayings. Believers are taciturn and active but hypocrites are talkative and inexperienced.

Le Prophète Muhammad (P.B.U.H) a dit:

Quand vous voyez un croyant silencieux, approchez de lui, car vous entendrez les paroles savamment de lui. Le croyant est taciturne mais travailleur, tandis que l'hypocrite est bavard mais paresseux.

رسول الله صل الله علیه و اله و سلم

إذا رَأَيْتُمُ الْمُؤْمِنَ صَمُوتاً فَادْنُوْا مِنْهُ فَإنَّهُ يُلْقِى الحِكْمَةَ وَ الْمُؤْمِنُ قَلِيلُ الْكَلامِ كَثِيرُ الْعَمَلِ وَ الْمُنافِقُ كَثِيرُ الْكَلامِ قَلِيلُ الْعَمَلِ

هنگامی که فرد مومنی را ساکت دیدید، به او تقرب جویید و نزدیک شوید، چرا که از او سخنان حکمت آمیز می شنوید، و مومن کم حرف اما پرکار و منافق پرحرف اما کم عمل است

O you men! surely We have created you of a male and a female, and made you tribes and families that you may know each other; surely the most honorable of you with Allah is the one among you most careful (of his duty); surely Allah is Knowing, Aware.

Holy Quran 49: 13

O peuple, je vous a créés d'un mâle et une femelle et fait de vous des peuples et des tribus, Ye Akram Sunna Dieu sait que Dieu l'expert.

قال الله تعالی فی کتابه القرآن الکریم

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ إِنَّا خَلَقْنَاكُم مِّن ذَكَرٍ وَأُنثَى وَجَعَلْنَاكُمْ شُعُوبًا وَقَبَائِلَ لِتَعَارَفُوا إِنَّ أَكْرَمَكُمْ عِندَ اللَّهِ أَتْقَاكُمْ إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَلِيمٌ خَبِيرٌ

خداوند تبارک و تعالی می فرماید

اى مردم ما شما را از مرد و زنى آفريديم و شما را ملت ملت و قبيله قبيله گردانيديم تا با يكديگر شناسايى متقابل حاصل كنيد در حقيقت ارجمندترين شما نزد خدا پرهيزگارترين شماست بى‏ترديد خداوند داناى آگاه است

A faithful believer is always anxious for two things: for his past sins that he does not know how
God will treat with him, and for his remaining life that he does not know what he will do!

Le vrai cryent est toujours inquiete de deux choses:

Pour les peches qu' ila fait a passe et il ne siat pas comment Dieu les traitra et pour sa vie a venir paece qu' il ne sais pas ce qu' il ferra desormais.

رُوِيَ عن الإمام جعفر بن محمد الصادق ( عليه السَّلام ) أنهُ قَالَ

اَلْمُؤْمِنُ بَيْنَ مَخافَتَيْنِ: ذَنْبٌ قَدْ مَضَى لايَدْرِى ما صُنْعُ اللّهُ فيه و عُمْرٌ بَقِىَ لايَدرِى ما يَكْتَسِبُ فيه

از حضرت صادق علیه السلام روایت شده که همانا فرمود

مؤمن حقیقی همواره بین دو امر نگران است: گناهان گذشته اش که نمیداند خداوند با آنها چگونه برخورد میکند، و باقی عمرش که نمیداند چه کسب خواهد کرد

It is not righteousness that you turn your faces towards the East and the West, but righteousness is this that one should believe in Allah and the last day and the angels and the Book and the prophets, and give away wealth out of love for Him to the near of kin and the orphans and the needy and the wayfarer and the beggars and for (the emancipation of) the captives, and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate; and the performers of their promise when they make a promise, and the patient in distress and affliction and in time of conflicts these are they who are true (to themselves) and these are they who guard (against evil) .

La bonté pieuse ne consiste pas à tourner vos visages vers le Levant La bonté pieuse ne consiste pas à tourner vos visages vers le Levant ou le Couchant. Mais la bonté pieuse est de croire en Allah, au Jour dernier, aux Anges, au Livre et aux prophètes, de donner de son bien, quelqu"amour qu"on en ait, aux proches, aux orphelins, aux necessiteux, aux voyageurs indigents et à ceux qui demandent l"aide et pour délier les jougs, d"accomplir la Salat et d"acquitter la Zakat. Et ceux qui remplissent leurs engagements lorsqu"ils se sont engagés, ceux qui sont endurants dans la misère, la maladie et quand les combats font rage, les voilà les véridiques et les voilà les vrais pieux!

Le coran / II :177

قال الله تعالی فی کتابه

لَّيْسَ الْبِرَّ أَن تُوَلُّواْ وُجُوهَكُمْ قِبَلَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِ وَلَـكِنَّ الْبِرَّ مَنْ آمَنَ بِاللّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الآخِرِ وَالْمَلآئِكَةِ وَالْكِتَابِ وَالنَّبِيِّينَ وَآتَى الْمَالَ عَلَى حُبِّهِ ذَوِي الْقُرْبَى وَالْيَتَامَى وَالْمَسَاكِينَ وَابْنَ السَّبِيلِ وَالسَّآئِلِينَ وَفِي الرِّقَابِ وَأَقَامَ الصَّلاةَ وَآتَى الزَّكَاةَ وَالْمُوفُونَ بِعَهْدِهِمْ إِذَا عَاهَدُواْ وَالصَّابِرِينَ فِي الْبَأْسَاء والضَّرَّاء وَحِينَ الْبَأْسِ أُولَـئِكَ الَّذِينَ صَدَقُوا وَأُولَـئِكَ هُمُ الْمُتَّقُونَ

خداوند تبارک و تعالی میفرماید

نيکي آن نيست که روي خود به جانب مشرق و مغرب کنيد ، بلکه نيکوکار کسي است که به خدا و روز بازپسين و فرشتگان و کتاب خدا و پيامبران ايمان آورد و مال خود را ، با آنکه دوستش دارد، به خويشاوندان و يتيمان و درماندگان و مسافران و گدايان و در بند ماندگان ببخشد و نماز بگزارد و زکات بدهد و نيز کساني هستند که چون عهدي مي بندند بدان وفا مي کنند و آنان که در بينوايي و بيماري و به هنگام جنگ صبر مي کنند، اينان راستگويان پرهيزگارانند.

One who consults other people shares in their understanding (reason).

He who practices moderation and frugality does not become destitute.

Islam's prophet (P.B.U.H) said:

Asceticism in this world is based on three things: shortness of desires, thanksgiving for blessings, and avoiding the prohibited things.

Le Prophète de l' Islam (que lui et sa famille soient bénis) dit:

La vertu est basée sur trois choses dans ce monde: réduire les désires, remercier de tous les grâces et éviter de tous ce que Dieu rend interdit.

قال رسول الله صل الله علیه و آله و سلم

اَلزُّهدُ فى الدُّنْيا قَصْرُ الأَمَلِ وَ شُكْرُ كُلُّ نِعْمَة وَ الوَرَعُ عَنْ كُلِّ مآ حَرَّمَ اللّهُ

زهد در این دنیا بر پایه سه چیز است: کوتاهی آرزو، سپاسگزاری از نعمت ها، و دوری از هر آن چیزی که خداوند حرام کرده است

Get the advices of the time

Imam Ali (a.s) said:

How many are the objects of lessons but how few the taking of lessons.

Il y a beaucoup de leçons mais peu de tirer la leçon.

Do not pride yourself!


Imam Ali (a.s.) said:

What has a man to do with vanity! His origin is semen and his end is a carcass while he cannot feed himself nor ward off death.

L' Imâm Alî (que lui et sa famille soient bénis) dit:


Pourquoi est-ce que l'homme s'enorgueille-t-il, tandis que son origine est du sperme et sa fin est une carcasse et il ne peut se nourrit ni se garde de la mort.

قال امیرالمومنین علی ابن ابی طالب علیه آلاف التهیة و الثناء

ما لابن آدم والفخر، اوله نطفه و آخره جيفه

پسر آدم را با فخر كردن چه كار كه آغازش نطفه و پايانش لاشه است

Have Modesty!

Imam Ali (a.s.) said:

Whomever modesty cloths with dress, people would not see his defects.

Quiconque porte l'habit de la pudeur, on ne voit pas son défaut.

قال امیرالمؤمنین علی ابن ابی طالب علیه آلاف تهیة و الثناء

من كساه الحياء ثوبه لم يرالناس عيبه

حضرت امیرالمؤمنین علی علیه السلام می فرماید

کسی که لباس حیا بپوشد، کسی عیب او را نبیند

Disputation removes good management.

La dispute détruit l'expédient.

One who guards his secrets has complete control over his affairs.

L' Imâm Alî (que lui et sa famille soient bénis) dit:

Quiconque garde ses secrets, tient la contrôle de ses affaires à sa main.

قال امیرالمؤمنین علی ابن ابی طالب علیه السلام

من كتم سرّه كانت الخيرة بيده

آنکه راز خویش را پنهان دارد، اختیار کار خویش را در دست خود قرار داد

نهج البلاغه
