The Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H) says:
"There are two groups of my Ummah that when they are pious, my Ummah will be upright and when they are immoral my Ummah will be corrupt."
The Messenger of Allah [s] was asked who they were, and he answered: "The religious scholars and rulers.

Prophète de Dieu a dit:
Il y a deux groups de mon umma : les érudits et les gouverneurs, s'ils étaient pieux, le peuple deviendrait vertueux et s'ils étaient immorals, le peuple deviendrait corrompu.

قال رسول الله صل الله علیه و آله

صنفان من الناس اذا صلحا صلح الناس و اذا فسدا فسد الناس العلماء و الامراء

دو گروه از مردمند که اگر صالح بودند مردم بصلاح آیند و اگر فاسد بودند مردم بفساد گرایند دانشوران و زمامداران

The Prophet Muhammad (P.B.U.H):
Seek for me among the poor, for you are sustained and helped because of the poor.

Le prophète de Dieu:
Cherchez-moi parmi les pauvres, car vous êtes nourris et aidés à cause des pauvres.

پيامبر خدا صلی الله علیه و‌آله

أبغُوني في الضُّعَفاءِ، فإنُّما تُرزَقُونَ و تُنصَرونَ بضُعَفائکُم

مرا در میان محرومان بجویید؛ زیرا که شما به واسطه محرومانتان روزی داده و یاری می شوید
